Tropical Cyclone Adrian as disspated. As a tropical cyclone Adrian exisited from June 7 to June 12. Having once achieved Category 4 intensity with winds of 120kts and barometric presure of 946mb of the storm move into the Pacific and dissipated without making landfall. Adrian had little affect on Baja weather, other than some passing clouds on June 15.

June 12, 2011 Tropical Depression Adrian is almost history as it moves over sun 26°C waters about 585 miles SW of Cabo San Lucas. The storm is expected to dissipate over the next 36hrs. Adrian poses no threat to the Baja peninsula this early in the season and will likely just disappear in the Pacific.

Adrian, once a powerful Category 4 Hurricane, was downgraded to a tropical depression overnight after crossing into cooler waters late Friday. Tropical Depression Adrian is forecast tocontinue to drift to the NW before disappearing entirely. No landfall is expected.

Tropical Depression Adrian is located near 16.5N 115.8W and is moving 290° at 10kts. Central barometric pressure is estimated at 1004mb and winds are 30kts with gusts to 40kts. Adrian is just below tropical storm but is not forecast to regain any strength as it is now over cooler wates..

Tropical Storm Adrian formed from TD1E, the first tropical depression of 2011 on the evening of June 7. Adrian formed well off shore and is not expected to significantly affect any land mass as it moves into the Pacific. Adrian quickly moved to Category 2 and 3 on the afternoon of 6/8. A clear defined eye and circulation of a classic Major Hurricane was visible on the afternoon of 6/9. Adrian achieved Category 4 intensity on Friday, June 9 for about a 12 hr period before rapidly dissipating after crossing the 276C thermo cline. Adrian crossed the 26C thermo cline early Saturday and was downgraded to a tropicals storm. Adrian was further downgraded to a tropical depression of 6/12.
