Celia is currently a Category 4 Hurricane as it moves harmlessly off into the Pacific. Celia is forecast to disspate over open water sometime over the weekend

Hurricane Celia is currently located near 14.2N 119.0W and is moving 290° at 11kts. Central barometric pressure is estimated at 948Mb. Celia is a powerful storm with an eye diameter of 25nm. Hurricane force winds extend out 40nm and tropical storm force winds 110nm.
