AT 03AM MDT – FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IN MIAMI:
PATRICIA DEGENERATES INTO A REMNANT LOW... THIS IS THE LAST ADVISORY
October 20, 2009 1:02 PM MDT Patricia has diminished to a tropical low and is forecast to move west into the Pacific. Wednesday should be a partly to mostly sunny day across most of the state of Baja California Sur. Some winds will remain through late in the day.
At 3AM MDT Tropical Depression Patricia is currently located near 22.8N 109.7W and is moving 300° at 5kts. Central barometric pressure is estimated at 1006Mb with winds 25kts with gusts to 35kts.
Tropical Depression 19E formed on the afternoon of 10/11/09 and quickly evolved into Tropical Storm Patricia in the 9PM release from the NHC. Tropical Storm Patricia was downgraded to a tropical Low on the morning of 10/14/09.
