Tuesday, February 7, 2012 10:06 AM MST Cloudy skies associated with the apporaching cold front (magenta arrow) have already covered much of the border region of Baja California. A cold front to the west (blue arrow) is going to determin how far south precipitation will travel south on the Baja peninsula. By Wednesday more than half of the peninsula will face the strong chance of showers and this could move even further south of Thursday. By Friday the threat of rain should have passed but winds from the north will blow in the northern Sea at least, to 15kts. Temps today in Baja California will be severl degrees cooler than yesterday while in Baja California Sur it will be just about the same as yesterday. Enjoy your day.
