Baja Insider Update

January 6, 2011

Dear BajaInsider Subscribers:

Happy Dia de Los Reyes – Day of the Kings. The holiday marks the traditional end to the Mexican Christmas season. If you get the plastic baby Jesus in your Rosca today you are responsible for buying tamales on Dia de la Candelaria on February 2.

With La Paz being one of the safest cities in North America more folks are looking to invest their retirement years there. Haciendas Palo Verde have three new quality Spanish Colonial homes near completion for you to make your move to paradise.

The springtime is the biggest travel season for most of the Baja peninsula. If you are coming to Los Cabos with youngsters bringing the baby gear can be a daunting task. Baja Baby Gear can rent you what is too hard to carry on the plane.

The Baja Weather is going to be pretty calm for the next few days and provide us the kind of climate that draws people to the peninsula year after year. It will be a great time to take a whale watching safari or other La Paz adventure if you are in the region. Locals or travelers will revel an adventure, take an opportunity to swim with the giant whale sharks or with the sea lions of Los Islotes.

With this being the prime travel season ahead, more tourists visit the Los Cabos area than any other location on the peninsula. In Los Cabos visit our sponsors; the luxurious Hacienda Encantada Resort, the centrally located Marina Fiesta and lunch or evening entertainment at the Golden Zone marine-side.

So, without further ado... here are the latest stories on the BajaInsider!
