It is the beginning of another exciting year and the folks at CostaBaja Golf, Marina and Residences wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year.
The past year of 2011 was another banner year for the resort on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. Hundreds of families, from Mexico, the United States and Canada took the opportunity to ‘stay and play’ at the only Five Star Resort in La Paz located on the property. These guests had the opportunity to discover just how magical life at CostaBaja and in the city of La Paz can be.
The Gary Player Signature Golf Course
The newest attraction to residents and guests at CostaBaja is the 18 hole Gary Player Course, the first of its kind in Mexico. The challenging course opened in the late fall of 2010 and the summer months allow the course to grow in nicely. On any given day dozens of golfers are enjoying the challenging course, wonderful golf weather and absolutely spectacular views. Managed by renown Troon Golf worldly golfers will know that the quality of the CostaBaja golf experience will bear the mark of this experienced golf entertainment provider.
Even if you are not a golfer the Club House is a breath taking experience for lunch or drinks while over looking the Bay and city of La Paz.
In 2011 Troon Golf and CostaBaja sponsored a number of 18 hole tournaments. Open to Club Members and the general public these golfers competed for fame and glory on the best golf course in La Paz and will arguably become one of the most popular in Baja California Sur. The Gary Player Signature Golf Course has also hosted corporate events to the delight of the participants. This past summer AeroMexico hosted a gala golf events for corporate executives and top frequent travelers. The exclusive quality of the resort provides a perfect backdrop for upscale events.
The CostaBaja Resort Hotel

CostaBaja Marina
