Moving into an Exciting Autumn at CostaBaja in La Paz

There will be alot happening at CostaBaja this fall with the opening occupancy of two new communities; VistaMar and Las Colinas, the Gary Player Signature Golf Course and of course the beautiful new Golf Clubhouse. In addition the new CostaBaja Resort and Spa opened in August and will be in full readiness for this fall's events.
Throughout the CostaBaja Resort community you can find workers moving busily about, preparing the property from top to bottom for the exciting events headed this way in the next few months

The Gary Player 18 hole Signature Golf Course overlooking the property is sprouting patches of green from the hillside and the gentle swish of the sprinklers can be heard in the evenings as the grounds keepers prepare the course for the November opening. Holes 6 and 7 are amongst the last to be nearing completion. Erupting from the surrounding hillsides like oassis of green, the course will be one of the best Baja has to offer, and many golfers are already looking forward the to challenges the course will provide.
On the crest of the hillside, overlooking the Ensenada de La Paz to the south and the Bay of La Paz in almost every other compass point, the haut design clubhouse will offer a sectacular view of the entire property as well as the beautiful sunsets that La Paz has to offer. Construction is moving along at a brisk pace to be ready for the fall opening of this new gold course in La Paz. Heavy equipment work is being replaced on almost a daily basis with the finer grooming tools of tractors and mowers and the paved cart tracks are under construction, snaking their way through the diverse course layout.
Two Residential Communities nearing completion
Everywhere the army of construction crews can be seem from early morning to late evening, working toward the completion.
The beautiful CostaBaja Beach Club even recieved new signage this week. Grounds crews are pruning every bush and the cacti at CostaBaja have to be the most attended on the peninsula.
The VistaMar community and Las Colinas community are busily moving toward their completion with a small army of over 600 construction works. High quality finishings are being installed to make these unique real estate opportunties on the Sea of Cortez the most saught after real estate in Baja California Sur. The completely remodeled hotel facilities 'soft opened' in August offering select rooms to the public. The new Costabaja Resort and Spa plans a Grand Opening in September. This is the first 5-Star resort in La Paz and will feature 100 standard rooms and 9 suites.
