Sweet Mangos, Jasmine flowering, Passionate cooler (
Fresh Maracuya juice & white wine, chilled ) a choice between a dip in
the Sea of Cortez, a waterfall shower, a hot spring soak under the moon
light or all of the above… such is the life in the Cape Region of Baja
Sur.
With the dry tropical weather of this Baja Sur region your have a broad variety of tropical fruit trees, aroma therapeutic plants, medicinal herbs and a great variety of green leafy vegetables you can grow to make your own edible landscape paradise. Yes sure, you can have your private collection of cacti, agaves and palm trees, but why not make it more interesting and add to it all the other tropical plants you can grow. With the right planning you could maximize the use of your water so you can discover the real taste of tree ripen tropical fruits in your own private paradise.
Snack time? Nothing better than laying down in your
hammock to reach for tropical cherries, strawberry guavas or a tree
ripen avocado. Later on, a traditional corn tortilla hand made with
smoked tuna and a hand full of freshly picked greens from your own
organic garden…mmm
Baja California Sur, and more specifically what we call
the area of the East Cape Region is an amazing place to live. The
unspoiled beauty of the Gold Coast (Sea of Cortez and it’s outstanding
beaches) combined with incredible copal and Madrone forests, coral reef,
mountains, waterfalls and good people make Baja’s East Cape region a
highly desirable place to experience and live.
Ilove to travel and discover new places, but the best part of my travels is when I come back home to my private garden paradise; traveling, keeps my love for the East Cape fresh.
I feel that I know just the right place to be. The East
Cape, with the Sea of Cortez, has great swimming beaches, surfing spots,
windsurfing areas, diving and snorkeling coral reef sections, and if you
are looking for top of the line Resorts and Services, International
cuisine restaurants and world class Spa treatments you can also find
them here.
As the history of the Cape goes…long before there was a high way to the Cape in Baja, Movie stars used tocome in small private planes to worship the sun in the pristine sandy beaches of the Mexican Gold Coast. The list of rich and famous people and superstars is only on the increase as now they can get world class services, enjoy luxury at its best or build their dream home within very lenient building codes.
If you are looking to make a smart investment (it is all
about timing…remember?), please contact any of our Coldwell Banker
