BajaBeachRealestate.com is owned and operated by Susanne Giraud a Baja California Sur sales leader for Prudential California Realty/Cabo Gold. Susanne has been a licensed Realtor in California for the last 25 years and has been actively selling and investing in real estate in Los Cabos and the East Cape area since 1998.

Susanne has been the number 1 in sales for the years of 2004 to 2007 for Prudential and is an active MLS and AMPI member, as well Giraud, is a member of the President’s Circle of Prudential Realty. Susanne is willing to go the extra miles such as showing properties 20 miles out to the East Cape area east of San Jose del Cabo.

Giraud can handle general real estate; large land parcels for development, luxury homes and specializes in Baja California Sur oceanfront properties. Susanne is dedicated to excellence in customer service and has many years of actual experience in all aspects of real estate transactions in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

When I spoke with Susanne I asked her a few questions as to why she moved here and what attracted her to San Jose del Cabo in Baja Sur?
She explained that she arrived in Los Cabos for the first time in the late 80s,landing at the small palapa airport. She also said the beautiful drive through the corridor with the blue sea views convinced Susanne that Los Cabos was the place to be. Growing up in Newport Beach, California ; Los Cabos reminded Giraud of her childhood home with the added plus of warmer ocean water.

San Jose del Cabo, still a quaint colonial town is home now to Susanne and she enjoys the wonderful climate, food and many warm friendships so easy to make here in Paradise.

Having fallen in love with the area, Susanne wants to share her passion for real estate ownership here with others. Many of Susanne’s adventurous friends are now owners of East Cape property. She East cape is in the path of progress and that there are many new real estate opportunities to take advantage of during this period of growth in the East Cape area of Baja California Sur.

When I asked her of the area(s) she specializes in she explained she does handle general property transactions for land, luxury homes and commercial in san Jose del Cabo as well as she is willing to travel the extra miles and in the past years has sold many properties in the East Cape from San Jose to Buena Vista in Baja California Sur (see map).
