Movie to be Shot in Rosarito Beach – The Chronicles Of Narnia

Chronicals of NarniaDisney Pictures Comes to Baja to film its newest Narnia chapter at  Fox Studios, Baja, where  "Titanic" and "Masters and Commander" were filmed. The newest film to be shot in Baja California will be "The Chronicles Of Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Trader"

The Rosarito area was happy to hear that the Walt Disney Company will be filming a major motion picture at the site where "Titanic" and many other pictures were shot.  Over 1,000 actors and support staff will be living and working in our city and we know that the red carpet will be rolled out for their arrival.  This will give a boost to the local economy and we will once again have Hollywood stars frequenting our local establishments.

So, how will this announcement affect real estate? One of the first things that it will do is show that the area was considered safe enough for Disney to bring their people down to Rosarito for an 18 month period.  Another result is that they have to find rental housing for each and every person that is required to work here.  And they are letting each employee have their own place.  They don't have to double up.  Also I feel confident that their exposure to our beautiful Pacific coast will give some of them thoughts of returning on a more permanent basis.

It is still a buyer's market and we want to show you a couple of listings and the price reductions that these sellers have made.  We have thousands of listings on our site and we invite you to click here to go to our website and find your dream property and make an offer.  We have found that sellers are more receptive than ever so take advantage and find your oceanfront home now.
